Based in the Hudson Valley and serving surrounding areas like the Catskills and NYC, we offer delicious, seasonal cuisine, gracious service and skillful event production. For over 15 years we have produced hundreds of events in a range of sizes, budgets and styles. We approach all of our events with a commitment to quality, attention to detail, and the spirit of fun!

The menus we create emphasize New York State farms, makers, and producers. We source our meat from farms with a commitment to humane practices. 

Fully customized menus are available and are priced accordingly.  We are happy to create vegan and vegetarian menus.  

Fresh Company offers craft beers from the Hudson Valley and the Northeast U.S., and wines from NY, Italy, and France. We use premium brand spirits and can source local spirits upon request.
